Dr. Hiew on the other hand feels that the people should deserve a better deal from the partnership in Malaysia and not being exploited and being ill treated as second class. We deserve the equal rights and should share equally the country wealth as laid done by the constitutional right. The public complaints received by the Kota Kinabalu member of Parliament office is getting more and more day by day on the impassible road at Jln. Fung Yii Ting linking Taman Iramanis to Jln. Turan and Dah Yap Villa due to the collapsed section of the road not being repaired and reinstated by the JKR and DBKK concern.
亚庇国会议员办事处接到越来越多的市民投诉有关里卡士风雨亭路的路面崩塌而造成不便的问题。  风雨亭路是连接Tmn. Iramanis到斗亚兰路及大业新村的路段。 据了解该段道路倒塌的路面迄今仍然没有看到有亚庇市政厅或工务局派人前往进行重新修建。

Sabah DAP is organizing a Pakatan Rakyat dinner in Beaufort town on the 16^th of September 2010 to celebrate the formation and 47^th birthday of Malaysia. The function will be held in the Kim Fah Restaurant in Beaufort starting from 6.30 pm to 10 pm, light buffet dinner will be served. Sabah DAP is concerned that many Malaysians are not able to exercise their rights to vote because they are far away from their original voting areas. It is estimated that there are several hundred thousand Malaysians from West Malaysia who are residing in Sabah and unable to go home to cast their votes due to financial constraints to return home during the election.沙巴民主行动党最近很关注关于有许多居住在沙巴西马人都无法履行他们投票权，因为他们无法在沙巴州登记成为选民，因此他们必须回到西马投票。 据估计有数百千人从西马来到沙巴州居住多年，由于经济上的限制所以无法回去西马投票，以而失去了履行他们的投票权。

During the visit by Sabah DAP interior Mobile service lead by Parliamentary Interior Liaison Chief, Dr. Benjamin Yapp at the Tenom Parliamentary Constituency and the State Constituencies of Melalap and Kemabong, he received numerous public complaints relating to their socio-economic problems.   They told Sabah DAP that the Government had not made any effort to eradicate the poverty problems of the rural communities, particular the hard-core poor families living in Melalap and Kemabong constituencies.由沙巴民主行动党内陆国会选区负责人本杰明叶率领的流动服务队前往内陆各地区进行视察，他们探访期间，他接到了许多村民的投诉有关该处的社会经济问题。他们告诉沙行动党说，国阵政府并没有做出任何努力，来消除或协助农村社区的问题，尤其是文那纳(Melalap)和哥马邦(Kemabong)的贫困家庭问题。

It is yet another big disappointment for the Sabahan especially those in Kota Kinabalu to learn that the two projects carried out by the BN government are going to delay further until March 18 next year. Sabah DAP urges the BN government to lift the ban on the book “The Golden Son of the Kadazan” immediately. Sabah DAP which started an online signature campaign to lift the ban on the book by the late DAP stalwart Bernard Sta Maria has attracted hundreds of petitioners. The author wrote “dedicate to the Mojuntin family in tribute to an illustrious son of Sabah whose struggle for human dignity is a source of pride and inspiration”. On 29^th August Sunday, at the KK City Mall, Sabah DAP Kota Kinabalu Parliamentary Youth and Wanita Team had successfully carried out a good deed on executing the much needed blood donation exercise to gather all together 42 pints of precious blood from the kind hearted donors.八月二十九日星期日，沙巴民主行动党亚庇国会选区青年团和妇女组在城中城广场已经成功地举办捐血活动，当天总共收到来自善心人士捐出的42包血液。

Sabah DAP Infrastructure Bureau received complaints from residents living in the Taman Khidmat, kolombong here regarding the drains not being cleaned and was not well maintained and it is overgrown with vegetation and piled up with debris everyway.同时排水沟的左右长满了许多灌木和野草，有位居民告诉李氏说，房屋后面的排水沟杂草丛生，容易有老鼠和蛇，如果潜入住家里，这会导致该处居民的危险。该处的排水沟是亚庇市政厅服务的范围，因此李氏呼吁当局必须即刻派人前往Taman Khidmat进行清理环境和维修水沟的工作，并阻止蛇，老鼠和蚊虫的繁殖。

It has been reported that the police went to the Muar house of young Malaysian rapper Wee Meng Chee 15 minutes before midnight on the eve of the 53rd National Day, leading to the following posting on Wee’s Facebook:

“3 POLICE CARS FINALLY CAME TO MY MUAR HOME TO ARREST ME***** this happened 15 minutes before our 53rd National Day Celebration, YES, I’m still here but for how long more, I don’t know … my beloved MALAYSIA, where is our justice system?! (THIS IS NOT A JOKE)”.

This message has attracted more than 4,500 comments in 15 hours.
