Sabah DAP called on JKR to quickly repair and paint these apartments where majority of the occupants are staffs of JKR and their dependents. We saw the ugly side of these apartments. There is leaking everywhere and the concrete stairs were chipping off. The abandoned apartment must be quickly looked into. It looks like it has the same fate as the Queen Elizabeth hospital building a stone throw away. These apartments are visible from the KK-Penampang road and they definitely do not give a good impression of Kota Kinabalu city. 沙巴民主行动党呼吁公务局尽快进行维修和油漆该三座公寓，而该处的居民大多数是公务局员工和他们的家属。 我们在视察期间看到该公寓丑陋的一面，不单到处有漏水的迹象，同时有些楼梯出现了崩裂。 当局必须要处理该座被遗弃的公寓，而不是任凭在那里荒置着。 看起来好像伊丽莎白医院相同的命运一样。此外该公寓可以从兵南邦道路看得见，其丑陋的外貌破坏亚庇市的市容。

他接到许多居住在该处的甘榜人的投诉，他们告诉他说通往甘榜莞戈以及其他附近甘榜的马路几十年来从未改善或进行任何维修。  附近各个村庄的村民，学校的老师及学生被迫使用该恶劣的马路。 该马路在干旱的天气到处灰尘飞扬，到了雨季更加糟糕，马路变成泥浆路。  如此恶劣的道路条件仍然没有获得解决。 沙行动党质疑有关当局的工作效率和诚心。 虽然国阵不断向人民宣布，将拨出庞大的资金来进行维修和提升内陆区的道路，但是迄今所轻易出口的承诺却尚未兑现。He received numerous public complaints from the rural people that the road conditions along Kampung Kuangoh leading to various kampungs have never been improved for many decades. The villagers and school children at the various villages have to bear with the problems of dust pollution during dry weather condition and the muddy conditions whenever it rains. The picture shows the bad road conditions that remain unresolved.  Sabah DAP questioned the authority concerned for failure in maintaining and upgrading the roads despite of the huge allocations of funds as promised by the Government that have yet to be fulfilled.

Sabah DAP had received numerous complaints from drivers that their view being blocked view by a road sign when they were turning from Tmn Golden City into Foh Sang Shop Lot.沙巴民主行动党接到许多司机的投诉，有关从Tmn Golden City 驶往和生园商店的出口处被一个大路标阻挡了视线。

LAHAD DATU: Yet another government mega project, the RM97 million construction of the new district police headquarters here, has been abandoned and left in a derelict state due to an alleged disagreement between the Finance Ministry's main contractor and its sub-contractor. The project commenced in Jan 17, 2007 and was supposed to have been completed on March 10 last year.

Silam DAP branch is now asking the Barisan Nasional government to explain why the project has been abandoned.

Branch chairman Tajuldin Abdul Rahim said a delegation from the party paid a surprise visit to the site after being tipped off by the public recently and they were shocked to see the state of the building. http://ow.ly/2tLXR

Sabah DAP would like to congratulate Sdra Mohamad Mentek the first Sabahan to be appointed Director of Immigration Sabah effective August 14^th, 2010. As a professional civil servant we hope Sdra Mohamad will utilize his years of experience and local knowledge in combating the problem of illegal immigrants in Sabah. Sabah DAP hopes that this is not a one-off appointment and is aimed at pleasing the Sabah people because of the pending 13^th general election. Like the appointment of a Sabahan to the Directorship of the State National Registration Department (NRD), Sabah DAP would like to see Sabahans being groomed to continue heading these departments. Sabah DAP would also like to see a fair presentation of all the ethnic groups in the State and Federal civil service.
